The ones that explain your business: strategy, positioning, ideal customer, product direction and competitive notes. A handful of good documents does more than a large folder of old ones. What can I tell Clarveni that my documents don’t say? What is rarely written down. Your priorities for this year, a key account that renews soon, something to keep out of every brief, such as pricing that is not yet public, and a question for every brief to answer. Say how much each competitor, key account and partner matters. Each development is judged against all of it, and none of it is shown to other customers. Can Clarveni see all my files? No. It reads only the documents, pages and, where the service supports it, folders you select or share. You can change the selection whenever you like. How often does Clarveni check for changes? Notion and Dropbox selections are checked daily, and whenever you choose Check now. These checks flag changes; extract and review again to update your saved context. Will Clarveni change my documents? Never. Every document connection is read-only. Clarveni does not edit, move, comment on or post anything in the services you connect.
