Getting started Three steps, all in your account. ----------------------------------- Step 1 ### Sign in with Microsoft A Clarveni administrator signs in with your work Microsoft 365 account. Some organisations ask an IT administrator to approve new apps first. Step 2 ### Select documents Pick files from OneDrive and from the SharePoint sites you can access. Change the selection whenever your plans change. Step 3 ### Review and confirm The planned connection will extract a draft from your selected documents, with source quotes for you to review before saving. Selected documents only Signing in will not mean everything is read. Only the documents you select will be imported. Changes you review You will be able to check your selected documents for changes, then extract and review again to update your saved context. Many Microsoft 365 organisations only allow apps an IT administrator has approved. If yours does, Microsoft shows a request screen and Clarveni tells you what to ask for. Nothing is read until access is granted. Can I use a personal Microsoft account? No. The integration works with work and school Microsoft 365 accounts, where SharePoint and team documents live. Does Clarveni read our whole SharePoint? No. It reads the documents you select, and only those your Microsoft account can already open. Which formats work? Word documents (.docx), plain text and PDFs with selectable text work best. Scanned pages, images and text inside diagrams are not read.
