Clarveni

Who it’s for

The same evidence. Different decisions.

Clarveni is for the people who need to keep up with the companies that can affect their business: competitors, customers and partners. Each week your team receives one shared brief. What each reader does with it depends on the decisions they own.

The sample is free and built on the companies you follow. No card and no online checkout: founding customers pay nothing until they have had two Monday briefs and chosen to continue.

One development, three decisions

How different leaders might use the same brief.

The brief explains what changed, why it matters to your business and what to consider next. The people reading it bring their own decisions to it.

Written example · Fictional businesses and evidence.

A competitor

A competitor launches a cheaper entry range.

What the brief explainsThe new range costs less, but it leaves out what your larger customers rely on. For them, it is not yet a like-for-like alternative.

Commercial leader

Will this come up with the customers we are trying to win?

Prepare a short, factual answer for prospects who mention the lower price, and keep the current offer until there is evidence it is costing you business.

Product or strategy leader

Does our own entry offer still make sense?

Compare what the new range leaves out with what smaller customers actually need before changing your own entry offer.

Founder

Does this deserve leadership time now?

Hold course for now, and put it back on the agenda if the competitor extends the lower price to larger customers.

A customer

A customer announces a second site.

What the brief explainsThe expansion could mean more demand for what you provide, but the announcement does not say when the site opens or who will supply it.

Commercial leader

Is there a reason to talk to this customer now?

Ask the account owner to raise the expansion at the next planned conversation, rather than making a proposal straight away.

Product or strategy leader

Does this point to demand we should plan for?

Check whether other customers are expanding in the same way before treating one announcement as a trend.

Founder

Could this change our plans for the year?

Wait for a confirmed opening date before committing people or budget to it.

Shared briefs

One brief for each team that decides differently.

Everyone on an edition receives the same brief. Add an edition for another team when its decisions differ. During setup you describe your business once: who you sell to, how you position yourself, your priorities and the companies you follow, with each company’s relationship to you. You also choose who the brief is written for.

Send each edition to as many colleagues as you like.

Each main development links to its sources in Clarveni, so your team can check the evidence before acting on it.

Your weekly brief

Give everyone the same starting point for the week.

Tell Clarveni about your business and the companies that matter to it. One brief a week, scheduled for Monday morning in your account’s timezone, covering the seven days to the Friday before.

The sample is free and built on the companies you follow. No card and no online checkout: founding customers pay nothing until they have had two Monday briefs and chosen to continue.
